检测项目

外观检查：观察样品在高温暴露后表面是否出现变色、起泡、裂纹、粉化、光泽度变化或涂层剥落等宏观缺陷。

尺寸稳定性：测量样品在高温处理前后关键尺寸的变化量，评估材料的热膨胀系数和不可逆收缩或变形程度。

重量变化率：精确称量样品实验前后的质量差异，分析因挥发份蒸发、氧化或分解导致的重量增减。

机械性能测试：评估高温老化后样品的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击韧性及硬度等力学指标的保留率。

电气性能测试：检测绝缘材料或电子元器件的绝缘电阻、介电强度、介质损耗因数等在高温下的劣化情况。

热变形温度测定：确定材料在特定负荷下发生规定形变时的温度，评估其耐热等级是否下降。

化学成分分析：利用光谱或色谱技术分析材料经老化后分子链结构断裂、交联或添加剂析出等化学变化。
